Chinese Chicken Shrimp with Vegetable Fried Meatball

Even I loves many kind of dish from other country such as japanese, vietnam, wastern, korean, italian, mexican and of course Indonesian, but as I'm a chinese, so lot's of my dish being influence with chinese flavor.
I think , meatball is a common dish for asian kitchens. Even in Indonesia lot's of stall or restaurant serve many kind of meatball or we call it Mie Bakso in Indonesia.
There lot's of variety of meatball we can make, such as with chicken, seafood, beef or maybe pork. Then we can serve it with broth as a soup, join in a spaghetti sauce or noodle or even deep fried & maybe as a satay!

So today make a chinese fried meatball adopted a recipe from my favorite tv show & chef : Michael Smith from Chef @Home .
I make a few switch up with the ingridients & seasoning. As chef michael said : "try to add ur own taste & flavor to every dish you make, then the dish can be a memorable dish to you & your kitchen!"

  • Combain with the veggie and mix with spoon.
