Healthier Fish Chowder

I think maybe winter is start to come on the other side of the world which have 4 season while raining is "visiting" most of the city in Indonesia now.
As I ever said before that I love autumn and rainy season more than summer, but as all of you know when the rainy or snow start to visiting us almost every day, there's a few "uncomfortable" situation we have to face.
I will not discussing about the flood in a few city and region which start to happen, or even snowstorm on other country. It just a simple but "dangerous" situation we have to face...

But before that...
Do I ever tell you that I plan a few veggie and even fruit at my backyard?

Chicken Paprika with Cilantro

This is the first time I have a chicken paprika for lunch & just falling in love with the dish from the first bite!
When I open my refrigerator I found a bunch of cilantro which end up giving a balance for this dish.
You can also use parsley for chicken paprika but today I think I want to make something different, an asian touch on a hugarian dish - why not? ;)

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Aglio e Olio ...
This is the most basic of spaghetti, simplest & most popular in Italy.
If you "claim" yourself as a Pasta Lover - like me
 - then this is the kind of spaghetti that you should known - taste - learn & cook first – before the others.

Aglio e Olio itself means garlic & oil, therefore the main ingredient of spaghetti sauce lies in the use of garlic and olive oil.  So, looking for garlic with good quality, and if you have extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) with excellent quality then this is the "right" time to use it:)
Aglio e Olio can also be combined with  shrimp and tomato salad , depending on what u have in hand and what occasion u have

Salmon with Broccoli Stir-Fry

I get a migraine attack 3 times this couple of weeks and almost every day. Maybe because in two weeks I was pushing myself off the limit and I don’t control my stress management to good becoz of too tired and not enough rest.
If you are often "visited "by an uninvited guest on this one like me, try to consume fish which rich in omega-3 fatty acids ones a week.
In addition, Canola Oil is used in this dishes, also contain lots of omega-3 fatty acids.
Well ... once again we find that foods affect the work of our body's systems J

Salmon
Salmon is rich in  omega-3 fatty acids,  also rich in  protein, and  vitamin D.
Omega-3 fatty acids are very good for heart health & brain, which protects the brain from the aging process that causes dementia.
Consuming fish which rich in omega-3 fatty acids regularly, like salmon & tuna, can prevent the occurrence of migraine.
Some studies suggest that the migraine sufferers  recommended to taking fish oil supplements. In some patients, is a powerful way to reduce the frequency of migraine attacks.

Penne with Broccoli and Cheese

Pasta ...
Talking about a pasta, it could be what comes to mind is the spaghetti or Fettuccine presented with  Aglio e Olio , Bolognese, or Macaroni bathed in a savory cream sauce.
Actually, the pasta is not just spaghetti, macaroni or fettuccine only. There are various types of pasta shapes and names are no less attractive with solid match sauces and flavor that are not less delicious.
No wonder this special Italian cuisine can be serve as an appetizer, main course or even a one-dish-meal and has become a favorite of many people of the world.
