A Memory to Remember and A Journey to Adventure

When you first time see the picture above, what sentences that appear in your mind? 
If that is "narscissistic" then that is not a word I'm trying to say... Well, ok maybe a little :)
You surery can find the object I'm trying to share with you in the picture above!
Yes! That is the BREAD! Our same passion - Food!!


2011 now is a memory to remember and 2012 is a journey to adventure. Along that journey I'm glad to know that I will always have all of you - reader and blogger friend - to support me and give a lot of knowledge & warm feeling inside my heart... 


So the picture above is to show my graditute & thankful : Thank You!!!! :)

Give Thanks 2011 - Indonesian Food 
Indonesian fish cake with spicy peanut sauce in modern way : Otak-Otak.
Well know Indonesian chili sauce : Balado.
Traditional well known satay from Bali : Balinese Fish Satay.

Indonesian fish ball soup with prawn, vermicelli and mushrooms : Tekwan
Indonesian street-food fried mushrooms : Seasoned Fried Mushrooms.

Above is a memery to remember... and then what is the adventure to write? 


The original picture I taken is more-more darken than the left one... much more darken...
But you know what? As long as I have the tool and shoot on the right balance, I can still fix the image. The darken image I took is contain lots and lots of data, that's why I can still fix it...

And the same thing is happen to us...
No matter how life "offer" us this year - darken/ worst day... normal/ ordinary day or even a saturated/ hectic one... we can still believe that Lord Almighty - The Creator can restore it and never leave us alone.
God can turn something terrible in our eyes become something wanderful in our heart. 
He will always stay by our side and holding our hand as long as we wanted Him to. 
So the choice is in our hand...

Same thing happen with food...
How much or less you eat and what type food you enjoy, that will effect our body and mind work the whole day... and year.
So, read a lot... 
Asking more...
and... practice - practice - practice...

Everyone can cook a yummy & healthier food in the kitchen!
